Michelle Lang--Health Reporter at the Calgary Herald
Posted January 6, 2010: Many of our faculty members had a chance to work with Michelle Lang and were greatly saddened to hear of her passing. Michelle died in Afghanistan doing her own journalistic "tour of duty" on behalf of all Canadians. We salute her courage and tremendous integrity, whether it was on the front lines in a war zone or here at home on the health beat. Our faculty sends its sincere condolences to Michelle's family and friends at this difficult time.
