Office of Equity and Teacher-Learner Relations

The Office of Equity and Teacher-Learner Relations (ETLR) is committed to upholding the Professional Standards for Faculty Members and Learners in the Faculty of Medicine, and is the focal point for:

• Managing concerns and complaints of faculty, residents, students and staff.
• Education, promotion and research of issues relating to gender and equity, including documenting relevant statistics and reporting.

Concerns brought to the Office of ETLR will be handled in a confidential manner, and complaints with respect to mistreatment and harassment will be considered a priority.
